The website chat

When you use the chat, your messages are sent to our server so the assistant can write each reply, and from there to our AI model provider to generate it. Our server does not keep a transcript of what you type.

It keeps two anonymous counters, only to limit how often the chat can be used: one per visitor, keyed on a hashed version of the IP address, and one for the whole site per day.

Your own browser keeps the conversation for the current tab, so it follows you from page to page. It is cleared when you close the tab or press Clear conversation. Your browser also counts demo uses so the demos can limit how often they run from one browser.

Booking a call

When you book a call, on the contact page or through the chat, we store the name and mobile number you enter and the time you choose, and send an SMS confirmation to that mobile. We use them to hold and make the call.

The voice demo

The voice demo is a real call, from your browser or from your phone to 0495 052 154, handled by our voice provider. The browser call uses your microphone only while the call is on.
