Someone choosing a gym or studio wants to see the space, the classes, the people and the price, then try it. A strong website for a gym or fitness studio makes the next step obvious: book a trial, see the timetable, ask a question. Realtiq designs websites for Sydney gyms, pilates, yoga, boxing and personal training studios, linked to the booking and membership system you already use.

What people look for before they join

The timetable, readable on a phone

Classes and times as real text on the page, or a booking widget from your system that loads quickly. A timetable that sits in a photo cannot be searched or read comfortably, and goes out of date.

What you offer, in plain words

A page for each type of class or training, with who it suits, what a session looks like and what to bring. A beginner wants to know whether they will be out of their depth.

Pricing and membership

Membership options, class packs and trial offers, shown clearly. If prices vary, show how the options differ. People who cannot find a price often assume the worst.

The space and the people

Real photos of your studio and your coaches, with short, factual profiles. Photos from your own Instagram or Facebook are a good source where the quality is good.

Location, parking and hours

Your address, a Google Maps link, how to get there and when the doors are open, matching your Google Business Profile.

One clear next step

A Book a trial button, linked to the booking system you already use, on every page. Not three competing buttons.

Pages most gyms and studios need

  • Home, with the pitch, a trial button and the timetable at a glance
  • Classes or training, one page per main type
  • Timetable and prices
  • Coaches and the space
  • Contact, with the map, hours and a short form

That fits within a business website of up to five pages. A single-page landing site can work for a small studio that is mostly known by word of mouth and Instagram.

Found on Google and Maps

Every Realtiq website includes the local search basics, from the A$790 landing page up:

  • A page title with what you do and your suburb, and a description for every page
  • Structured data with your business details: address, phone and opening hours
  • Name, address and phone written exactly as on your Google Business Profile, with a Google Maps link
  • A sitemap, with the site added to Google Search Console and the sitemap submitted

Nobody can promise a position on Google. On Maps your Business Profile does most of the work, and a good website linked from it helps there and in normal results.

When the front desk is empty

A lot of gym enquiries arrive when nobody is at the desk: evenings, early mornings, while the coach is mid-class. The questions repeat: "Do you have a beginner class?", "What does a trial cost?", "Is there parking?"

Realtiq's AI front desk answers from information you approve. The chat assistant covers website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, SMS and missed-call text back. The voice agent answers the phone. They collect the details of a trial request, book where they are connected to your system, and hand over to you when a person should step in.

How a project runs

  1. A 15 minute call about your studio, your classes and the booking system you use.
  2. A design that fits your studio, with your photos and your tone of voice.
  3. Review, with two rounds of changes in the base price.
  4. Launch, with the local search basics, a Book a trial button on every page and a walkthrough of how to update it yourself.

Common questions

Can the website show my live timetable?

If your booking system offers an embed or a link, we use it. The aim is a timetable that is correct without you updating two places.

Do you write the copy?

We write it with you, from facts you give us: classes, prices, hours and your approach. We do not invent testimonials or results.

Can the assistant sign people up?

It can collect a trial or enquiry request and, with an integration, book it. Payments and membership changes can be left to your team.

Can I change things later?

Yes. The walkthrough covers it, and website care at A$79 a month covers 30 minutes of small changes a month.
