What people look for before they book
Someone choosing a new salon or barber wants to see the work, the price and the next free time. The site puts those first.
01
Services and pricesYour price list as real text, not a photo of the board, so it is easy to read on a phone and easy for you to change.
02
Photos of your workCuts, colour, nails or lashes you have done, from your own Instagram or Facebook where the quality is good, improved where it needs it. Created images are never presented as your work.
03
A Book button on every pageLinked to the booking system you already use, so nobody has to ring to find a time.
04
Hours and locationOpening hours the same as on your Google Business Profile, and your address with a Google Maps link and directions in one tap.
05
Call and messageA tap-to-call number and links to where you already talk to clients, such as Instagram or WhatsApp.
06
Your styleColours, type and layout chosen for your shop. Once you buy a design, nobody else gets it.
Found on Google and Maps
Every Realtiq website includes the local search basics, from the A$790 landing page up:
A page title with what you do and your suburb, and a description for every page
Structured data with your hair salon, beauty salon or barber details: address, phone and opening hours
Name, address and phone written exactly as on your Google Business Profile, with a Google Maps link
A sitemap, the site added to Google Search Console and the sitemap submitted
If you have a Google Business Profile, the new site is linked from it at launch, with you or through manager access you give us. What the local basics include.
Nothing made up
Everything on the site comes from you or from what you already publish: your services, your prices, your hours, your work. No invented treatments, awards, years or reviews. And nobody can promise a position on Google: on Maps, your Business Profile does most of the work, and a good website linked from it helps there and in normal search results.
While you are with a client
Messages about prices and free times arrive while your hands are busy. Realtiq's AI front desk answers them from the information you approve.
The chat assistant answers Instagram and Facebook messages, WhatsApp, your website chat, email and SMS: services, prices, hours and free times.
Missed-call text back: when you can't pick up, the caller gets an SMS a moment later and the conversation carries on by text.
The voice agent answers the phone and books the appointment or takes the details.
Complaints, anything unusual and anything you haven't approved go to you, with the details already collected.

How it works
Four steps, from the first call to a website that is live on your domain.
1
We talk
A 15 minute call about your shop, your services and how clients book today.
2
A fixed proposal
What we will build, when and what it costs, starting from the prices on this page. You get it in writing before any work starts.
3
We build it with you
In stages, and you review each one. Services, prices and hours come from you and are checked before anything goes live.
4
Handover
The site goes live on your domain, linked from your Google Business Profile if you have one, and we show you how to update it.
Questions people ask
How much does a website for a salon or barber cost?
A landing page is A$790 one-off and a business website of up to five pages is A$1,490 one-off. Website care is optional at A$79 a month, month to month. Hosting, the domain and any platform licences are set up in your name and listed in the proposal.
Can the website link to my booking system?
Yes. The Book button goes to the booking system you already use. Having the chat assistant or the voice agent book straight into it is an integration, scoped and quoted in the proposal.
Can I show my prices and change them myself?
Yes. Your price list goes on the site as text, and every website comes with a walkthrough of how to change text, photos and prices yourself. If you would rather not, website care covers 30 minutes of small changes each month.
Can you use photos from our Instagram?
Yes, your own posts, where the quality is good enough, improved where they need it. We never present a created image as your work, and you approve the photos before the site goes live.
Will the website help us on Google Maps?
Maps results come mostly from your Google Business Profile. The website uses the same name, address, phone and hours as that profile and is linked from it, which helps on Maps and in normal search results. Nobody can promise a position on Google, and we don't.
How long does it take?
A landing page can be live within seven days. For a bigger website, the timeline is set on the first call, once we know the pages and features you need.
