Websites for Sydney physios, chiropractors and allied health clinics: services, practitioners, a Book button and answers when reception is busy.

A person looking for a physio or a clinic is usually in some discomfort and in a hurry. They want to know whether you treat what is wrong, whether you are close, who they will see and how to book. A good clinic website answers those questions quickly, in plain language, on a phone. Realtiq designs websites for Sydney physios, chiropractors, osteopaths and other allied health clinics, with a Book button that goes to the booking system you already use.

What patients look for before they book

What you treat

A list of conditions and services as real text, one clear page for each of your main areas, such as back pain, sports injuries or pelvic health. A person searching for exactly that should land on the page about exactly that, not a general list.

Who they will see

Short practitioner profiles with a name, role, registration where it applies and the areas each person focuses on. Patients want to know who is treating them. Keep it factual: no claims you cannot back up.

Where you are and how to get there

Your address, a Google Maps link, nearby transport and parking, and access information. If you serve several locations, one page for each.

Hours and how to book

Opening hours that match your Google Business Profile, and a Book button on every page linked to your booking system. A tap-to-call number for people who would rather ring.

What to expect at a first visit

A short page that explains how long it takes, what to bring, what to wear and how referrals or health fund claims work. This is the page that removes the last bit of hesitation, and it saves your reception the same questions.

What the website should avoid

Health advertising in Australia is regulated. Practitioners are bound by the National Law and advertising guidelines, which cover things like testimonials and claims about results. Ask your professional body for guidance, and make sure every claim on the site is something you are allowed to say. We write only from the facts you give us, and we do not add reviews, results or promises.

Found on Google and Maps

Every Realtiq website includes the local search basics, from the A$790 landing page up:

  • A page title with what you do and your suburb, and a description for every page
  • Structured data with your clinic details: address, phone and opening hours
  • Name, address and phone written exactly as on your Google Business Profile, with a Google Maps link
  • A sitemap, with the site added to Google Search Console and the sitemap submitted

If you have a Google Business Profile, the new site is linked from it at launch. Nobody can promise a position on Google, and on Maps your Profile does most of the work, but a good website linked from it helps there and in normal results.

While reception is busy

Reception is often the busiest place in a clinic: patients at the desk, the phone ringing, messages arriving. Many of those messages are routine: "Do you have anything on Thursday?", "Do you bulk bill?", "Where do I park?"

Realtiq's AI front desk can answer those from information you approve. The chat assistant covers your website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, SMS and missed-call text back, and the voice agent answers the phone. They take appointment requests, collect the details, and hand over to your team when someone needs a person.

Clinical questions, anything sensitive and anything you have not approved go to a human. We would not set up an assistant to give health advice. It deals with logistics: hours, location, how to book, what to bring.

What it costs

If you want messages and calls answered as well:

Chat assistantA$990 setup + A$149 a month
Voice agentA$1,490 setup + A$299 a month, 200 minutes included

Both run month to month. Integrations, such as your appointment system, are scoped and quoted separately.

How a project runs

  1. A 15 minute call to talk through your clinic, your services and what you already use for bookings.
  2. A design for your clinic, with your photos and your wording, not a template with the colours changed.
  3. You review it, with two rounds of changes in the base price.
  4. Launch, with the local search basics, your Google Business Profile linked and a walkthrough of how to update it yourself.

Common questions

Can the Book button use my existing booking software?

Yes. The button links to the system you already use, so patients book the way they do now.

Do you write the content?

We write copy with you, from the facts you provide: services, practitioners, hours and policies. Nothing is made up.

Can I update it myself?

Yes. The business website includes a walkthrough, and website care at A$79 a month covers 30 minutes of small changes a month.

Is it safe to put patient details through a chatbot?

Decide what the assistant should and should not collect before it goes live. We set that out in the proposal, and clinical details can be left to a person.
