A website that answers what people check before they walk in: the menu, today's hours, where you are and how to book. Designed for your place, with your photos and your menu as real text. And if you want it, an assistant that answers messages and calls while the team is busy.
The menu as real text, today's hours at the top and directions in one tap.

What people check before they come in
Someone deciding where to eat wants a few answers, quickly, and usually on a phone. The site puts those answers first.
01
The menu as real textDishes, descriptions and dietary notes as text, not a PDF or a photo of the board, so phones and Google can read it and you can change it.
02
Today's hoursOpening hours laid out clearly, with today's easy to spot, and the same as on your Google Business Profile.
03
Where you areYour address with a Google Maps link and directions in one tap.
04
Call and bookA tap-to-call number, and bookings through the system you already use or an enquiry form that reaches you.
05
Ordering onlineIf you take orders through an ordering platform, the site sends people straight to it.
06
Your photosYour own photos first, improved where they need it. Any image we create shows atmosphere or ingredients, never a dish presented as yours, and you approve it before launch.
Found on Google and Maps
Every Realtiq website includes the local search basics, from the A$790 landing page up:
A page title with what you do and your suburb, and a description for every page
Structured data with your restaurant or café details: address, phone and opening hours
Name, address and phone written exactly as on your Google Business Profile, with a Google Maps link
A sitemap, the site added to Google Search Console and the sitemap submitted
If you have a Google Business Profile, the new site is linked from it at launch, with you or through manager access you give us. What the local basics include.
Nothing made up
Everything on the site comes from you or from what you already publish: the menu, the prices, the hours. No invented dishes, awards, years or reviews. And nobody can promise a position on Google: on Maps, your Business Profile does most of the work, and a good website linked from it helps there and in normal search results.
When the phone rings during service
The website is where many people start, but the questions still arrive by message and by phone, often when everyone is busy. Realtiq's AI front desk answers them from the information you approve.
The chat assistant answers on your website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email and SMS: hours, the menu, dietary questions, parking and bookings.
Missed-call text back: when nobody can pick up, the caller gets an SMS a moment later and the conversation carries on by text.
The voice agent picks up the calls you can't take, answers and takes the booking or the details.
Complaints, anything unusual and anything you haven't approved go to you, with the details already collected.

Customer · WhatsAppHi, are you open on Sunday? And is there anything vegan?
AssistantHi. On Sunday we're open from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm, and the vegan dishes are marked on the menu. Would you like a table?
CustomerYes, for 2 at 10. It's Mia.
AssistantBooked, Mia: 2 people, Sunday at 10 am.
Booking confirmed and the team notified.

How it works
Four steps, from the first call to a website that is live on your domain.
1
We talk
A 15 minute call about your place, your menu and how people book or order today.
2
A fixed proposal
What we will build, when and what it costs, starting from the prices on this page. You get it in writing before any work starts.
3
We build it with you
In stages, and you review each one. The menu, prices and hours come from you and are checked before anything goes live.
4
Handover
The site goes live on your domain, linked from your Google Business Profile if you have one, and we show you how to update it.
Questions people ask
How much does a website for a restaurant or café cost?
A landing page is A$790 one-off and a business website of up to five pages is A$1,490 one-off. Website care is optional at A$79 a month, month to month. Hosting, the domain and any platform licences are set up in your name and listed in the proposal.
Can I keep my online ordering or booking system?
Yes. If you already take orders or bookings through a platform, the website sends people to it. Having the chat assistant or the voice agent book straight into that system is an integration, scoped and quoted in the proposal.
Can I change the menu and prices myself?
Yes. Every website comes with a walkthrough of how to change text, photos and prices yourself. If you would rather not, website care covers 30 minutes of small changes each month.
Will the website get us onto Google Maps?
Maps results come mostly from your Google Business Profile. The website uses the same name, address, phone and hours as that profile and is linked from it, which helps on Maps and in normal search results. Nobody can promise a position on Google, and we don't.
Do you use photos of our food?
Your own photos first, the ones you already have or post, improved where they need it. If there is nothing usable, we can create images of atmosphere or ingredients, never a dish presented as yours, and you approve them before the site goes live.
How long does it take?
A landing page can be live within seven days. For a bigger website, the timeline is set on the first call, once we know the pages and features you need.
