The person behind Realtiq

Realtiq is a small studio in Sydney run by Jacobo Miranda Baudot. He designs websites and online shops, makes social media content and sets up AI customer service for small businesses, and you deal with him directly, from the first call to the handover.

Jacobo runs Realtiq as a sole trader based in Sydney. He speaks English and Spanish, and Realtiq also has a Spanish-language site for businesses in Spain, realtiq.es.

How a website project runs

Five steps, the same for a one-page website as for a bigger one.

  1. A 15 minute call

    You tell Jacobo what the business does and where customers get stuck. You leave knowing what it would take, whether or not you go ahead.

  2. A fixed proposal

    What will be built, when and what it costs, from the published prices, in writing before any work starts.

  3. Getting to know the business

    Before designing, he looks at what you already publish, what customers say about you in their reviews, the neighbourhood, and the craft or cuisine behind the business.

  4. Built in stages, with you

    A concept with one central idea, then the build. You review each stage, and the site is checked on phones before it goes live.

  5. Handover

    The site goes live on your domain, set up in your name, and you are shown how to update it.
